The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
The paper must be original and unpublished, with specific results. The introduction should clearly explain the paper's unique aspects and its relation to previous work.
All papers must be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Word format via Microsoft CMT : Paper Submission.
Note: Accepted papers requiring presentation must be registered. Only presented papers will be forwarded for inclusion into Microsoft CMT peer-reviewing process, subject to quality requirements.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee (TPC).
Publications: All accepted papers would be published in the Journal/ Conference Proceedings by Atlantis Press / Bentham Science / ACM / Springer.

Papers must be submitted before the deadline. Authors can edit existing submissions but cannot register new ones after the deadline.
The review process is strictly confidential. Reviewers are volunteers and their efforts are appreciated. Misuse of confidential information is a severe offense.
All papers undergo plagiarism checking (using tools like Turnitin). Papers with over 30% similarity are rejected without review. Final camera-ready submissions must have a similarity index below 15%.
Plagiarism is defined as using someone else’s work without acknowledgment. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and considered a serious ethical breach.
Authors must not submit the same article to multiple conferences or journals simultaneously. Submissions should not overlap with prior publications.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Only presented papers will be sent to the publication partner for possible inclusion.
Papers must not be publicized on social media or press before official acceptance notifications are received. Violations may result in rejection or removal from proceedings.
